Ahhhhh ... Something about achieving a personal training goal: set 25 miles for this week and hit it; albeit in the gym on the treadmill. Have consistently gotten use to 4+ miles per treadmill session which gives motivation to being able to up the distance and reach higher mileage goals. Alll this running is helping cut all the stress from the office and homefront. Am going to shift the training schedule to early am from post work - will be great to have all the endorphins throughout the day.
