Not much blogging this month with Mikayla's Bat Mitzvah, but have gotten in more than my usual running time. Am currently in Florida and have completed 10 consecutive days of running (6 on pavement and 4 on the treadmill). Have still been bothered by soreness in my left outer ankle tendon and have been trying to stretch more. In the mornings it feels ok but when I start running it bothers me, but not too much. By the time I hit a half mile, it is ok and fine throughout the run. Afterwards its ok but occassionally sore. I found this analygesic cream which when applied seems to provide relief. Its always something!
