Went to the gym yesterday for a double session: weights and then the treadmill, making for the 9th consecutive day of running. Not only is the body responding well, did 3 miles at a 9:38 pace - for the treadmill, that’s pretty good. Feeling fine today and plan to hit the treadmill later when I get home - maybe I'll do 4 miles.
